1.采购原材料供应商的开发与管理；
2.按公司及ISO要求对现有供应商的考察及审核；
3.实时掌控原材料价格、技术信息及机加工工艺；
4.能指导供应商进行提高产品质量要求；
5.确保采购执行价格的合理性, 并不断降低采购成本；
6.结合质量.成本等要素, 不断缩短交期等
7.经常检查和督促材料供应情况，发现问题并及时解决；

岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业；
2.五年以上采购工作经验，其中至少3年机械加工件的采购经验；
3.熟悉机械加工件加工工艺流程；
4.熟悉采购流程；
5.具有较强的产品议价及沟通能力；
6.熟悉机加工件的成本计算方法；
7.积极主动并能在较大压力下工作；
8.具有团队合作精神；
9.出色的问题解决能力；
10.熟悉办公软件的使用；

Responsibility
1. Verify the new suppliers' status including capability, equipment, delivery, technology and quality, to ensure the suppliers qualified.
2. Compare the price and negotiate for a better price with the suppliers.
3. Train and improve for suppliers' technology and quality issues.
4. Supplier delivery management.

Requirement
1. Major in Machine engineering with at least 5 years in purchasing / sourcing experience in manufactory company
2. More than 3 years' experience in mechanical parts purchasing field.
3. Know well the purchasing procedure and good supplier management ability.
4. Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills.
5. Knowledge in cost calculations for parts
6. Knowledge of manufacturing process for parts with supplier quality engineering.
7. Have a positive mental attitude and be glad to communicate and cooperate with a team.
8. Good Interaction skills in Team environment
9. Good problem solving skills
10.Experienced in ERP
