KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Review the Artwork for LF, including the claims on the label and POP materials, to ensure these are in line with regulations and Laws.
2.With the guidance of RA head, to keep regular liaison with legislature- frozen food related, help to handle inquires or issues on products quality, products claim, label issue as well as the MKT activities.
3.Provide related Regulation interpretation to internal departments (R&D, QA and MKT), to ensure the NPD as well as the Regulatory Compliance.
4.With the guidance of Heinz China RA head, to have systematic management on the laws and regulations that is associated with Frozen Food business operation, especially the food/advertising regulations as well as the standards in food industry.
5.Monitor, collect and update the regulations/standard through but not limited to attending the industry regulatory affairs-Frozen Food related meeting.
6.Establish Regulatory Master files for the Frozen Food related categories
