Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mechanical seal designs while following standard techniques and procedures. Determine the proper application of a mechanical seal and material to be used in the application and make necessary engineering calculations.
- Aid in the transition of a product from development into production with emphasis on the bills of material.
- Analyze mechanical seal design and component part design. Prepare drawing sketches and specifications required to engineer or modify existing company products to each customer's needs.
- Communicate orally and in writing with customers, salespeople, company personnel and vendors providing counseling, recommendations and technical assistance.
- Prepare material and other relevant product specifications for internal company use.
- Translation drawing and specification
Key Skills and Experience:
- Requires a bachelor of mechanical or equivalent with working knowledge of personal computing and zero to two years computer assisted equipment experience.
- English lever CET-4
