Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct trouble-shooting and repairing for equipments to minimize the impact to production running and reduce down time for production lines;
2.Establish and update preventive maintenance plans, and ensure their implementation, implement TPM target on all production equipments;
3.To Follow the QESH management procedure and work instruction, and continuously improve routine work;
4.To provide similar training for all maintenance technician;
5.In charge of new production equipments installation, commissions, trial run work.


Key Skills and Experience:

1.Familiar with the machine tool equipment management and maintenance work;
2.Technical university education background in automation, electric or machinery maintenance and at least 5 years experience in maintenance of industrial manufacturing machinery;
3.Experience with CNC is preferred.
4.Experienced on QESH management is preferred.
5.Good communication and team work skills.
