Key Responsibilities:


?Support the end users teams across China to develop value propositions for their targeted customers
? Visit customer operating companies to extract/validate maintenance and cost data from customers business system.
? Analyse customer and John Crane data, to identify customers rotating equipment reliability performance and associated costs of maintenance
? Use internal comparison and reliability tools to determine performance gaps in customers maintenance activity
? Use mapping processes to understand the customers work flow and cost flow
? Assist in developing technical / commercial solutions to add value to the customers performance on rotating equipment maintenance
? Develop presentations to communicate above both internally and externally
? Assist in delivering implementation plans for new contract start-up.
? Provide support for existing contracts, including reliability data analysis and attend quarterly and year end review meetings as necessary.
? Support & review stock update on agreement customers




Key Skills and Experience:


?Degree in Mechanical or Process engineering. Ideally with at least 2 years of experience working in or supplying to the Oil & Gas / petrochemical industry preferably with rotating equipment experience.
?Reliability Engineering experience is desirable though not a necessity
?Strong computer skills. Proficient in Excel and abilities in data analysis
?Able to work and communicate effectively with customers maintenance / procurement organization
?Good interpersonal skills matched with ability to deliver presentations.
?Local language requirements plus English.
?Willing to travel extensively in China for typically 1 week per month.
