Overview
The role is mainly responsible for the following:
1) As a part of the retail consultancy team, providing professional advice and consultancy services to developers, landlords, property companies, occupiers and investors.
2) Undertaking market research, retailer survey and analysis for specific projects.
3) Preparation and delivery of consultancy reports and presentations.
4) Managing client relationships to ensure satisfactory client service.
5) Co-operation with colleagues in other departments and offices of JLL to ensure that JLL’s services are maximized.
Skills Required
-- Good English in written and spoken
-- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
-- Adaptability and market sensitivity
-- Strong computer skills
-- Strong presentation skills
Qualifications
-- Degree in Real Estate/Economics/Commerce is preferred
-- International exposure through education and or past employment
-- Superior knowledge of :
Property related consulting
Economic research
Property finance and investment analysis
-- Strong, confident personality and self-motivated, shows drive for results, sets demanding goals, takes active ownership with strong business sense
-- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Real Estate or consulting services
Remuneration
Base Salary plus Bonus – Package to be commensurate with aptitude, experience and qualifications
