职位描述：
1)Duties
工作职责
1. Spare parts inventory management:
* Receiving in NAV
* Put-away in NAV
* Pick in NAV
* Shipment in NAV
* Support of cycle stock taking
2. Keep close coordination with Sales Coordinators on all logistics issues concerning spare-parts sales, ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers;
3. Managing the on-site logistics provider for spare-parts:
* All physical handling of spare-parts
* Monthly billing settlement (Tiantian, SF)
* On-time-delivery rate
* Monitor service level and deal with customer complaints of delay or damage of packages, etc.
4. Complete the other issues released from the supervisor.

1. 备件库存管理：
* 在Navision系统内收货， 包括收货和上架（上架是指把货物放到指定库位的货架上）
* 在Navision系统内发货，包括拣货和出库
* 组织和负责仓库日常的盘点工作（每月）
2. 配合销售助理控制备件销售的物流环节，确保其时效和完好抵达客户处；
3. 管理和指导外派驻厂快递员工（天天快递）：
* 备件收发货的实物操作
* 每月快递账单的对账和请款处理（天天和顺丰快递）
* 负责备件业务的时效性（对于有库存的备件应当在48小时内发货）
* 督导外派驻厂人员（天天快递）的服务质量，并对口负责备件业务上客户投诉处理（延期、包装损坏、备件遗漏等）。
4.完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
