Job Responsibilities:

1,Select appropriate sourcing channels to get right candidates
2,Screen CVs
3,Conduct telephone interview and face to face interview
4,Assess candidates with all kinds of methods including structure interview, STAR and assessment tools if necessary 5,Feedback and communication with Project Manager, candidates and other related party;
6,Monitor and control the whole recruiting process of responsible positions;
7,Support on other tasks of recruiting team;

Requirements:
1,Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resource, Business Management or Computer Science is the plus
2,At least 3 year experience in recruiting process, multi-national company experience in IT industry or headhunter preferred;
3,Reliable, outgoing, proactive, result-oriented, can work under high pressure
