Responsibilities
Responsible for training at Stefanini China locations. Including but not limited to all new hire training and recurrent / new product training for existing staff. Training includes client specific information and Service Desk tools/processes. May also include voice coach support at appropriate locations. Guide the trainee through the learning process so they can perform their job effectively and efficiently. Develop the training activities and then integrate these activities with real day-to-day work assignments. Contribute in the creation and follow closely a training program that has a clearly define structure and objectives that are understood by everyone involved with the development process.
Duties
Develop and deliver training on tools, technologies and processes.
Deliver all necessary training for new agents to acquire necessary job skills.
Provide ongoing and refresh trainings based on agent’s weaknesses according to results.
Deliver well-structured trainings with all required information and activities.
Maintain existing material up to date and create new documents and material when required.
Create and deliver practical agent assessments to establish agent’s skills. Deliver assessments at the end of each training week and keep track of the scores and report to desk’s management.
Provide weekly performance reports through the training and share them with the desk’s management.
