Must have:
--BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
--1 years of experience in software testing or development, fresh is also fine
--Knowledge of SDLC development methodologies
--Proven ability to handle pressure & stress environment.
--Quick learner and self-starter with an affinity for continuous improvement.
--Good communication, team player is necessary.

Good to have:
--Test automation experience, prefer QTP.
--Able to communicate effectively in English with team members in US, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
--Prior experience of working in an off shore model is a plus
--Knowledge of SQL and Relational Database - Sybase and Oracle a plus
--Well-organized process oriented individual. Excellent Analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
--Has the ability to work with minimum supervision to creative solutions in support of testing.
--Knowledge of Finance business is a plus
