岗位职责：
1. 参与相关产品架构设计与需求评审；
2. 根据需求和原型完成核心功能模块的技术设计，代码编写及单元测试；
3. 领导初级工程师分析并解决开发过程中的问题；
4. 协助测试工程师制定测试计划和测试用例，修复缺陷；
5. 能够对初级工程师进行指导和代码评审
6. 配合经理完成其它相关任务目标
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历（计算机相关专业）
2. 5年以上实际项目开发经验,精通Web开发，丰富的HTML5 , JAVASCRIPT, Angular2开发经验；
3. 开发过较为复杂的交互页面
4. 能够独立设计大中型网站前后端架构， 熟悉各种主流web开发框架能够根据项目需求选取合适的架构和技术。
5. 熟悉SCRUM，结对编程等敏捷开发方法
6. 熟悉 Sql Server、mySQL、Oracle 至少一种数据库开发；
7. 熟悉 TDD 和jmeter, SOAP UI等自动化测试技术
8. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,诚实,积极主动；
9. 能独立完成公司分配的任务
10. CET4或以上，良好的英文书写与口头表达能力
Responsibility :
1. Participate into web product architecture design and requirement review
2. Complete the core function coding, unit test according to the requirement and prototype/mockup
3. Lead junior engineer to break down the task and resolve the technical issue during the development process
4. Lead junior engineer to design test case and fix defects
5. Guide the junior engineer and conduct the code review
6. Assist manager to achieve the yearly goal
Qualification:
1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
2. 5+ web/html development experience, master web development technology, rich experience on HTML5, Javascript, Angular2/1 development.
3. Be able to develop complex interactive web user interface.
4. Be able to design architecture for both front end and back end , be familiar with most popular framework /library. Be able to select right technology stack and library.
5. Be familiar with agile software development methodology, SCRUM, pair programming etc.
6 Be familiar with Sql Server, MySQL or Oracle
7. Be familiar with TDD , can use jmeter, soapui etc. for test automation
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skill, honest, aggressiveness, be a good team player
9. Be able to handle assigned task independently.
10. CET4 or above, Good spoken and writing English
