职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
? Build customer loyalty in the assigned portfolio. Be the main sales contact for the branch/ network customers.
? Assist and support outside sales in the sales task management. Participate in accounts qualification.
? Manage appointments for outside sales. Telemarketing. Reply enquiries and quotes to existing accounts. Handle SME (A3).
? Inside sales has a target to achieve?
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Prospect account qualification activities (mapping, searching for information, sales calls, sales campaigns)
2. Develop assigned portfolio with achieved target (KPI)
3. Pricing in the system, Quotation follow up in professional clarifications and negotiations with customer.
4. Communicate to Outside Sales all useful sales information needed for sales portfolio management
5. Maintain and update the requested performance indicators
6. Sales lead administration (CRM, follow up)
7. Other tasks assigned by manager

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
1. College Degree or above
2. Minimum 3 year experiences in Freight forwarding in relevant position
3. Good command of English
4. Microsoft office skills, CRM knowledge preferred
5. Mature, presentable and independent with good interpersonal skills to customer.
