职位描述：
Custody company petty cash, manage cash transaction
Check all payment requests and applications
Be in charge of oversea payment
Arrange payment according to payment policy, payment terms strictly
Prepare payments including domestic and oversea business in the company’s different e-banking system.
Responsible for employee claim reimbursement in accordance with company's policies
Prepare bank slip for AR&AP or others timely and accurately
Contact with bank for transaction details
Responsible for daily cash, weekly cash vision.
Liaison with SAFE to ensure the proper execution of FX transactions.
Be responsible for month-end bank reconciliation.
Assist to issue VAT invoice in Golden system
Assist to download and upload VAT information in SAP
Assist to dispatch VAT invoice timely
Follow up expenses to be paid by Rep Offices and liaise with the Parent company for payment.
Bind up the vouchers and financial documents management monthly
Other assignments that will be assigned by the line manager

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Qualifications and required skills:
Bachelor of Accountancy/Economics/ Business Administration with concentration in Finance, Business Administration, or Operations
At least 3+ years accounting experience, prefer in MNC
Good knowledge in MS Office as well as SAP
Good communication in both written and spoken in Mandarin and English
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Attention to details, desire and capacity to learn
