职位描述
We are currently representing a Fortune 500 company in telecom industry to seek a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join its dynamic team.
Responsibility:
- Be owner of MFG engineering metrics including DFM, assembly tooling, production yield and capacity, engineering change implementation in EMS factory.
- Early involve product design phase by DFM together Engineering team.
- Support prototype and NPI builds in EMS factory by MFG process validation (WI, tooling, capacity...).
- Support prototype and NPI builds in EMS factory by monitoring material status & build plan.
- Continuous support of mass production products with engineering change, raw material change, new part evaluations.
- Follow related customers compliant or EMS factory feedback to quality issues and work with EMS or SQE to solve problems.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude, specifically with DFM.
- Proven experience in high volume manufacturing environment, specifically with SMT.
- Familiar with PCB layout design tools.
- Can manage changes in a demanding environment with leadership.
- Analytical & problem solving skills - data driven and results orientated.
- Fluent English in writing, listening and speaking.
