We are currently representing a Fortune 500 company in IT industry to seek a Sales Manager
to join its dynamic team.
Responsibility:
- Develop strong relationships with identified partners and supporting organizations (e.g. Technology partners, Industry Associations & Infrastructure partners)
- Create and manage a profitable revenue growth strategy for Shanghai, including active prospecting of clients that fit company's target profile.
- Increase company's visibility in the Shanghai market through active attendance at industry events and other opportunities to promote the company brand.
- Contribute to the planning of, and assist in executing, marketing activity in the Shanghai market.
- Complete opportunity evaluations to ensure opportunities fit with the strategic and operational direction of company.
- Work closely with the Client Service Directors, PMO, Solution Architects and the Strategy and Marketing team in developing our responses and providing detailed hand over to the delivery team.
- Work on pitches for new opportunities and be involved in response preparation and pre-pitch run through.
- Work within company's response framework.
- Provide detailed reporting on new business activities and status of each customer and opportunity.
- Participate in continuous improvement of company's response process and the quality of our outputs.
- Provide assistance to other office locations as required.
- Provide solution design support to the Shanghai delivery team as required.
Requirement:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and technology
- More than 5 years working experience, at least 3 years sales working experience.
- Detailed understanding of the Shanghai market
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proven capability to listen and understand client business problems and objectives
- Experienced relationship builder
- Great negotiation and deal making skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent understanding of CMS technology and development processes
