1.Site management (EHS,quality,delivery time。loss)/车间现场管理（安全，质量，交期，损耗）
2.Implement production planning, organize workers and manage activities./组织人员按时完成生产计划
3. Communicate and liaison with other dept to solve problems /部门间工作沟通及协调，及时解决问题
4. 5s and TPM/ 5S及TPM
5. Cost saving./制造费用控制，节约降耗
6. People training/人员培训
7. People management and assessment/ 员工管理及绩效评估
8. Any emergency tasks given by manager./其他经理分配的紧急事务.
Skills And Abilities:
1.College degree or above./大专及以上学历
2.Be familiar with basic EHS knowledge, such as machine guaring, LO/TO interlock etc. 懂得工厂基本的工厂方面的 EHS 知识. 如机械防护，联锁，上锁挂牌等
3.8 years experience in the manufacturing plant environment at least /6 years line production management /people management role at least. Exception consideration for very excellent guys(6 years experience in manufacturing plant environment at least)
8年以上制造业工厂工作经历/ 至少六年以上一线生产管理/人员管理经历; 如果特别优秀，可以考虑适度放宽条件。
4.Reading and written English (need) ./ 具备英语阅读和书写能力。
5.Leadership needed/ 具领导能力
6.Good computer office software skills /较好的计算机办公软件技能
7.30-40years old./30-40岁之间
8.Mature and honest./ 诚信，稳重可靠，无不良记录
9.Must be self driven able to work independently, and value being a team player /能够自我激励并独立工作，同时适应团队合作.
