Purpose 工作目的

履行中控室人员工作职责，协助设备经理监督管理中控室人员，中心设备操作运营，保证消防安全。
Fulfill the responsibilities of the control room security guard, assistant facilities manager to supervise control room team, operations of the facilities and ensure the fire safety of the centre.


Key Accountabilities 主要职责

设施部主管需要在能够称职完成中控室消防专员工作职责的基础上覆盖以下职责：
Facilities Supervisor is required to fulfill the responsibilities of the control room security guard and also cover the below responsibilities,

? 对中控室整体工作负责、其中包括人员工作表现、设施设备情况、工作流程体系的梳理、工作效果的呈现。并向设施经理汇报中控室工作相关的问题。
Be responsible for control room overall operations, including staff performance, status of the facilities and equipments, carding of the working procedures, presentation of the works, as well as reporting to facilities manager of all control room works related problems.
? 协助设施经理完善中控室管理制度、工作标准流程及相应的文档。
Assist facilities manager to complete the control room management policy, working procedure and related documentations.
? 负责中控室所有员工的管理、工作绩效考核及其入职培训。
In charge of managing all staff in control room, performance review and on-board training
? 在设施经理的指导下负责排班的制定及执行情况的监督。
Under the guidance of the facilities manager, make monthly working schedule and monitor the implementation situation.
? 负责订购、管理、补充中控室人员制服及必要工具、家俱。
Order and manage the control room guard uniforms, necessary tools and furniture.
? 负责检查外包保安公司人员的巡更记录。
Check outsourcing property management security guard inspecting records.
? 消防档案的完善与更新。
Fire fighting archive documents completion and update.
? 组织消防培训及定期消防演习。
Organize fire fighting training and regular fire drill.
? 能源报表的抽查与分析。
Spot-check and analyze the energy report.
? 消耗品、耗材使用的抽查与管控。
Spot-check and manage expendable usage.
? 设施部仓库的管理。
Facilities department storage room management.
? 协助资产（设施）经理进行商铺装修管理。
Assist Facilities Manager handle shop fitting-out management.
? 消防、监控、客流、车流系统外包商/维保单位的管理。
Manage fire fighting, CCTV, customer flow, traffic control system vendors and maintenance team.
? 协助设施经理监督管理外包物业公司的工作。
Assist Facilities Manager to monitor out-sourcing property management company.
? 在设施经理的授权下代表设施部与内外各部门及公司开展工作。
With Facilities Manager’s authorization, representing the Facilities Department, cooperate with internal departments and external company.
? 领导安排的其他临时性工作。
Complete other temporary works assigned by the supervisor.
