职位描述：
1、负责冷链整体运营和工作的服务水平性能;
2、带领运营团队，并负责员工的日常管理工作。
3、确定，监测，并开展对员工个人表现定期检查;
4、积极、主动寻找对流程和工艺的改进方式方法;
5、对本地或者海外的同事提供协助，在运营和关务领域对其他人提供专业建议
6、监控服务水平，定期对所有服务提供商和承包商进行评估检查;
7、按公司指派对叶水福其他项目进行协助。

任职要求：
- 大专以上学历
- 5年以上仓库独立管理经验，3年以上第三方物流工作经验，3年以上冷链工作经验
