职位描述
Reporting to : General Manager office (including GM assistant)
Location : based in 普陀区 11号线隆德路站附近。
Key Responsibilities
本岗位处理办公室日常行政工作和接听/转接电话还有订单的数据录入工作,无意者请勿投简历。
Manage, upon instruction of the general manager, daily administration of the company in Shanghai.
Organise/coordinate meetings/RTC
booking of hotel, flight tickets, request of price quotations (tools, office supplies or others request by office staff), coordinate function room set-up, equipment etc.
reception of clients and guests
handle incoming and outgoing calls, faxes and email
Handling and digitally recording business cards
Daily database management
update company/machine etc. databases for sales or purchasing department if necessary.
distribution of relevant information/mails etc. to clients and office staff.
General
maintain relations/information exchange with all company departments
acting as translator/interpreter where required
responsible for tidiness of office, properly functioning and in time maintenance of office equipment
responsible for provision of office supplies
documents making and archiving.
Represent, upon instruction of the general manager, the company with clients and authorities
Assist in publishing, editing, and distributing company’s correspondence.
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following:
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of French will be considered as a plus
Preferably female.
preferably 1-2 years working experience.
University level education, bachelor or above
Effective presentation and communications skills.
Secretarial background with PR affinity:
experience with organisation of similar events
creativity, carefulness, hands-on, solution-minded
PC-skills
good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Access)
good command of typing
good written and spoken knowledge of English language
good telephone communication skills.
ERP experience as a plus.
Personality :
Outgoing, presentable and have good communication skills; a good team player, enthusiast, self-motivator, considerate, great analytical and negotiation skills, ability of working under pressure; assertive; creative; independent worker.
