Lead the people hiring process inline with the Coficab's business needs 主导招聘工作
Job Accountabilities 主要职责
Main Activities
1 Identifies recruitement needs in collaboration with process owners and managers 识别招聘需求
2 Prepares and launch recruitement campaing including job fairs, external providers, internet fairs, etc. 负责内部外部招聘及招聘会等招聘渠道建立及维护
3 Performs initial Preselection of candidates.Conducts candidates interviews & evaluation.候选人初筛及评估
4 Administers interneship and graduate programs.负责实习生及毕业生项目
5 Recommends on the job initiation training program for new hires.新员工培训
6 Updates people records on the Information System (related to new hire)负责招聘相关报表完成
7 Prepares, communicates and reviews Recrutement KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems in line with the HR Department and company's objectives.完成相关KPI报告并持续改进
8 Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.遵循质量及安全要求，符合公司行为导向等。 举报 分享
