Space Planner
Responsibilities:
To provide space planning support to client, To provide MAC project support and space utilization audit client.
Space Utilization Data Collection and Analysis
· Responsible for all space data collection through physical survey.
· Validate all space information, including size, room name, ownership and functional use category, to ensure accuracy.
· Perform physical office utilization/occupancy allocation audit.
· Responsible for all NAF calculation based on space, utility, power, HVAC
· Perform physical lab utilization audit and analysis.
· Coordinate with respective lab owners to obtain the most current lab space information and update changes; e.g. Lab tool layout, lab space forecast etc.
Space Utilization Database Maintenance and Report
· Responsible to upload the most updated space information( including utilization and NAF data) into the Space Planning database
· Report out space related information in the format and frequency as agreed upon with Customer.
· Perform data quality check on the Space Planning database and correct all discrepancies
· Fully manage the space inventory database and update the Site Master Plan ( as applicable)
Requirements:
· Skilful in AUTO CAD
· Accuracy data in MS Space system.
· Drawing update in time.
· Independently space utilization audit.
· Client satisfaction with service delivery
· Timely processing and recording of service requests
· Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
· Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong ability to multi-task
· Positive, friendly and helpful attitude
· Intermediate PC skill
