职位描述
* To understand products needs following Castrol brand principle and develop price value chain for Castrol global strategic OEMs/non partnership OEM
* To design and implement Castrol professional offer and also dedicated OEM trade programs to meet accounts requirements, so as to drive the brand advocacy and also OEM customer/consumer loyalty.
* To work closely with regional key account team/FWS sales team to deliver these to customers in the most optimal manner in order to maximize business returns, to track progress and adapt plans under the guidance and supervision of the OEM&FWS Space Manager

Plans
* Work with OEM Key Account / FWS sales to understand the OEMs product potential, so to develop Castrol branded/non-branded product portfolio and pricing structure
* Design the product and brand merchandising system in for OEMs/franchise workshop
* Work with OEM Key Account / FWS sales to develop & execute of OEM / FWS 5 years account plan
* Lead the development of service advisor advocacy programs with guidance of OEM/FWS Marketing Manager ; lead the development & execution of training programs
* Lead the development of consumer/customer loyalty programs by leveraging regular maintenance seasonal promotion to drive the brand preference and usage via working closely with OEM product portfolio and after sales marketing staff
* Lead the 24 months demand plan for assigned accounts.
Execute
* Deliver specific marketing materials, working with the local agency and with inputs from brand team, OEM Key Account / FWS sales and OEM after sales marketing staff as appropriate.
* Good communication with OEM Key Account / FWS sales team and OEM after sales marketing staff of plans and activities.
* Deliver all agreed marketing initiatives with excellence.
Monitor
* Monitor all activities within his\her responsibilities, including all initiatives (execution of plans);
* Define KPIs and tracking system, monitor progress of initiatives vs agreed KPIs;
* Monitor implementation of marketing plan elements and offers and deployment of materials developed.
? University graduate with degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field.
? Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience is required;
? Project management skill is required;
? Car industry knowledge & experience will be plus
? Brand management & CRM experience will be plus
? Demand planning skill will be plus
? Good communication & negotiation skills
? Work Independently
? Fluent both in English and Mandarin
