职位描述：
Job Title: Directed Merchandising Executive

Report to: Directed Merchandising Manager
 
Main Responsibility:

? Win in buying strategy
-Implement buying strategy and structure according to the brand key initiative and local consumer insights (Core, Brand spirit, new, test, wave of new launch, store key initiative…)
-Be the master of buyer, team work with RT Buying team, TD Buying team and Sales Force for better understand the store format, build suitable and optimized assortment package based on aligned OTB.
- Build monthly /bi-month store key initiative based on brand GTM calendar and set monthly sales target from product dimension.
-Collaborate with sales team and lead the store package sell in success before Trade show

? Build Directed buy process and tools
-Optimize the process from sell in to sell thru, ensure the product arrive at the right time, in the right store ,to the right consumer
-Daily using the necessary tools to ensure the project execution effectiveness and efficiency.

? Trade merchandising flow and product life cycle management
-Implement in-season working system with TD buyer, proactively participate and engage in whole merchandising flow management (new launch, sales tracking, product rolling, in-season replenishment, and end of season liquidation action), maximize the sale thru, and optimize the trade stock with controlled discount.
-Participate monthly meeting with TD buyer for key store sales review and action proposal.

? Consumer insights analysis and data base integration
-Cross brand data base integration and maintain.
-Offer monthly, seasonal key dealer sales report and DB store sales report
-Store profile analysis support.

Needed competencies:

- Skilled in retail / merchandising and planning.
- Hard worker, willing to work for results, not time.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Good communication skills, Excellent Team-player
- Passion in sports industry;

Education:

- Bachelor degree or above.

Needed working experience:

- More than 3 years experience in product management/Retail buying. Apparel industry is preferred. 举报 分享
