职位描述：
Job Responsibilities: The Main responsibilities of this position includes but not limits to the following
工作职责：该职位包括但不仅限于以下职责：
1 Based on the current collection, build specific China product constructions and adjust existing constructions in accordance with the needs of the fits and executions of China
在现有开发款的基础上，根据中国人的体型创建或修改纸版
2 Help develop all China specific fits for the Sportmaster garments and control it during development process ( basic rules, measurement charts, grade rules and graded patterns)
完成所有Sportmaster的中国服装制版，并控制在制版过程中每个步骤。（如基本码，尺寸表，纸版的缩放码等）
3 Find suitable China specific block for each style from block box provided by HQ
根据总部提供的版型库找到适合每一个中国款的版型
4 Download and upload patterns, M-chart and comments in 1C correctly and timely
准确及时地在系统里下载和上传纸版、尺寸表、和意见
5 Positive communicate with HQ technical team and GS technicals
积极与总部技术部门以及供应商的技术员沟通
6 Check, give all comments correctly and solve pattern related problems during sample development
在样品开发阶段检查、给出正确的样品意见，并解决相关的纸版问题
7 Assure all PPS (adults & specific China) fit comments check/approval, updated in 1C correctly and on time
确保所有的产前样（成人与特有中国款）确认正确及时，并在系统更新状态
8 Update timely/accurate status on reporting of Pattern, M-Chart cretaion, sample approval…etc
及时更新报告上的纸版、尺寸表制作、以及样品确认等的时间与状态
9 Make sure timely excution of LC fitting check on live model (adults) according to calendar
根据季度时间表, 确保真人模特试衣及时完成"
10 Other works assigned by manager

Qualifications 资质：
1 Language Abilities 语言要求
knowledge of English would be preferred and an advantage, especially in aspect of technical language 英语好的优先，尤其是技术类专业英语
2 Computer Skills 电脑技能
Competences in marker system 会用制版软件
3 Working Experience 工作经验要求
At least three years work experience in the similar position of pattern maker for international company, preferably with the similar assortment. Design work skills, artisitic taste. Technical way of thinking. Good understanding of business processes and principles of creating and production of collections.
至少有三年在跨国公司类似纸版师的工作经验，有设计功底，艺术品味。技术的思维方式。清楚了解订单的流程，以及开发样的制作原则和程序。
4 Education & Training

5 Additional Requirements 额外要求
