职位描述：
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Proactive and involved support for various projects such as customs operation optimization, dispute resolution, duty mitigation/saving opportunities, business restructuring and system automation;
2.Maintain “high integrity” status of bioMerieux’s operation in China with relevant government agencies such as Customs and CIQ;
3.Supervise Customs valuation (customs value determinations; ensure compliance with customs valuation processes), Customs tariff classifications for imported goods, Customs tariff concession orders, Customs entry and other declarations;
4.Maintain controls on import licensing;
5.Manage audits by the Chinese Customs agencies and related government entities;
6.Development and maintenance of customs processes in accordance with bioMerieux policy;
7.Delivery of quality Customs advice and value added assistance to various internal parties;
8.Initiate forward planning and exercise control over relevant information systems;
9.Management of Customs records, hard copy or electronic according to bioMerieux policies and applicable laws and regulations.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor degree and equivalent experience is required
2. Minimum 5-8 years’ Customs experience in an organization with at least similar business size. Has the working experience in IVD & BIO-PHARMACEUTICALS Industry will be preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of, and experience with, Customs, VAT and other transaction taxes legislative, regulatory, and administrative practices in China.
4. Has the AEO application & management experience will be preferred.
5. Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
