职位描述：
Key Responsibilities in detail

1. Be able to create material requirement plan to meet customer OTD requirement;
2. Make production plan base on customer requirement;
3. Monitoring production plan achievement;
4. Provide material forecast data to buyer on time base on SAP system calculation;
5. Monitoring and analysis stock status, ensure high turnover rate;
6. Monitoring O&E status, make plan to consume O&E material.
7. Make efficient shift plan, base on customer demand calculate and analyze production capacity and make HC plan;
8. Accurately capture and communicate customer forecast demand information. Ensure that changes in demand are highlighted and responded to;
9. Provide weekly, monthly & annual sales report to senior management. Work with customer teams to ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved;
10. Manage the order entry process; ensure accurate order details and order confirmation within 24 hours of receipt;
11. Manage the RFQ process. Challenge Engineering and Manufacturing to provide competitive costs against market pricing;
12. Be the management owner for On-Time Delivery metric. Challenge Materials and Manufacturing to achieve 100% OTD to Commit;
13. Be responsible for capturing and communicating customer complaints;
14. Identify and communicate new business opportunities within existing customer groups.


Job Requirements

1. University or above in electronic industry or related
2. 5 years planning and purchasing experience at least in multinational company or electronic industry background is preferred
3. Know well about MRP or ERP, SAP experience is preferred
4. Be good at planning and production Process, data analysis, and negotiation. Good teamwork, can work under pressure.
5. Be good at planning, data analysis, and communication. Active work attitude and could work under pressure
