职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Import & export operation:
1.1 Manage forwarders/brokers daily operation, review, check and control freight/ custom clearance cost;
1.2 Freight record analysis and improvement ( cost, lead time, routing);
1.3 Follow up on schedules daily with the different departments, book deliveries with forwarders;
1.4 Delivery planning for Domestic & Import Purchased Parts
1.5 Prepare for import and export custom documents, H.S. code definition and confirm accuracy, and calculate duty and tax.
2. New project logistic planning:
2.1 Attend new project meeting and set up new project logistic planning;
2.2 Keep project delivery on time;
2.3 Calculate and recommend economical transportation line to keep project logistic
budget on track.
3. Customer order management
3.1 Download customer EDI, forecast and order/upload in SAP system;
3.2 Analyze customers forecast tendency and report to management level as needed;
3.3 Being contact window, keep harmony relationship and communication channel with customer.
3.4 Coordinate and keep customer order 100% fulfillment. Monitor and guarantee order on time delivery. Routine report of in-transit delivery situation;
3.5 Identify and address issues of order performance--- pickup planning, delivery, goods receiving, open PO, etc.
3.6 Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting complex order processing ( customer location: Mexico, Germany and China)
3.7 Supporting safety stock setting up in Mexico, Germany 3rd party warehouse. Routing feedback overseas and in transit stock situation;
3.8 Contingency contact window of customer.


Knowledge and Skills Required
1. Demonstrated understanding of customer order management, import and export processes;
2. Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
3. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and have fair knowledge on EXCEL; 举报 分享
