Position Summary
The role is for Sales support in Xiamen CO, be responsible to support sales to deliver the sales budget required by company via commercial development of Ocean, Air control business.

Objectives of the Position
The Sales Support is responsible for:
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers & develop new customers
- Support sales to deliver the budget
- Promote Damco brand, monitor and be aware of Market trends

Job Description:
Support Sales to maintain and expand the existing business and help to identify the new leads and working with sales to develop the new business. This includes but not limited to:

1. Quotation, proposal, SOP and KPI set up
2. Follow up of the quotation and identify if quotation is in a market level and if quotation can be accepted by clients. If cost is not at market level, escalate to BDV and sales manager
3. Ensure the implementation of quotation, SOP and KPI both internally and externally, if any service issue, escalate to customer service supervisor/leader/manager and sales manager.
4. Before any shipment moves, get a written confirm on quotation via any methods from client.
5. Contact window for clients regarding all kinds of issues and requests.
6. Account ownership development; keep good relationship with both existing and potential client.
7. Ensure sales code key in the system for each shipment and check the record on monthly basis in order to get correct result of CM1 for each sales.
8. Chase the outstanding together with sales from client.
9. Update sales summary in a monthly basis and send to Sales mgr.
10. Expand existing business volume and CM1
11. Identify various leads for sales to approach
12. Joint sales call
