Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
1. Manage the production, development and review of KPI’s ensuring the alignment to vision, values, key strategic objectives, financial plans, compliance & audits..
2. Work with function heads to translate the overall strategy and objectives into individual objectives with clear, measurable outcomes
3. Introduce a management system, informed by data, to track and manage performance against timelines and budgets .
4. Lead the implementation, and continuous improvement, of data quality, KPI fulfilment and management approaches
5. Provide feedback to HR department and VP strategy with staff performance management, coaching, training & development needs
6. Collect and manage data to assess the health and efficiency of teams – people v’s budget against team goals – to allow VP, Strategy to implement policies and practices to improve performance
7. Be a member of the the management team, helping to establish a performance culture which celebrates individual performance, promotes accountability, sharing and learning of best practice
Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience using Sales Force for business development and/or client relationship management.
2. Native or bilingual written and oral proficiency in English and Mandarin,
3. Excellent proficiency in Excel; proven ability for data management across different platforms to provide thorough analytical reviews of existing and proposed management practices and guidelines.
4. Excellent communication skills: proven ability to articulate plans and influence senior members to achieve buy-in.
5. Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department projects and collaboration.
6. 5+ years of project management experience. Project Management at global leading organization is a must
7. Highly organized, able to drive multiple initiatives with competing deadlines in a pressured environment
8. Experience of financial analysis and budgeting will be a great advantage.
