岗位职责：
1. 参与或负责相关的测试任务包括但不限于单元测试，集成测试，性能测试,衰退测试/用户体验测试
2. 根据需求和功能说明开发测试模型和测试用例（测试条件，测试数据需求，期望结果，测试脚本等） 根据测试模型对软件进行验证；
3. 根据产品开发与发布计划维护测试计划和测试用例
4. 与开发人员一起定义实施和维护自动化测试流程，及其相关测试计划， 脚本，分析测试结果和管理相应的报告
5. 使用合适的测试工具和技术对新系统，功能变更和接口等进行 验证保证其符合需求和标准
6. 参与相关产品的需求分析与评审，功能设计分析与评审；
7. 与其他团队或者相关人紧密合作完成对开发和实施的测试；
8. 负责产品缺陷管理，执行缺陷分析和预防活动
9. 配合经理完成其它相关任务目标
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历（计算机相关专业）
2. 5年以上实际项目测试经验,熟悉测试方法论和测试流程
3. 熟悉SCRUM，RUP等敏捷软件开发流程中的测试方法
4. 熟悉软件测试中的单元测试，集成测试，性能测试和衰退测试的不同方法和异同
5. 熟悉多种自动化测试工具，能够开发维护自动化测试用例和脚本
6. 对软件质量保证整体流程有较好的理解和相关的工作经验
7. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,诚实,积极主动；
8. 能独立完成公司分配的任务
9. 熟练掌握HTML5 网站自动化测试
10. CET4或以上，良好的英文书写与口头表达能力
Job Description:
1. Perform various duties related to software test, unit testing, integration testing, performance test and/or regression testing/ user acceptance test.
2. Develop test models (e.g., testing conditions, test data requirements, expected results, test scripts, etc.) and performs test model validations (e.g., expected versus actual results, document defects, etc.).
3. Maintain and update test cases across different projects and releases.
4. Work with developers to define, implement and maintain test automation process, test planning, scripting, analyzing the results, and reporting test status
5. Use appropriate testing tools and techniques and conforming to agreed standards to ensure that new and amended systems, together with any interfaces, perform as specified.
6. Interfaces with other teams related to test development and implementation, including but not limited to end users, and software developers.
7. Participate into requirement analysis, evaluation, function design and review with BA and Developers
8. Manage product defects/bugs, analyze the defect and bug trends, conduct defect prevention activities with developers and BA.
9. Handle other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement:
1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
2. Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in software test experience and familiar with software test methodology and process
3. Be familiar with Agile software development & testing methodology: SCRUM, RUP etc.
4. Understand and be able to master different test work: unit test, integration test, performance test, regression test etc.
5. Be familiar with test automation tool, be able to develop and maintain test cases and scripts independently
6. Have an overall picture about software quality assurance and understand different areas in QA also have relevant experience.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skill, honest, aggressiveness, be a good team player
8. Can handle task independently and drive others to manage the delivery quality
9. Be familiar with HTML5 web site automation test
10. CET4 or above, Good communication and presentation skills at all level both verbally and in writing in English
