Senior Innovative Quantitative Manager

It is a boutique German firm with innovative marketing and branding technology which enable their clients in better brand creation and brand positioning.

Position Description
-Screen and mobile (in-store) eye-tracking
--Management of the business, on print ad, online ad, web usability (screen) and in-store shelf performance tracking (mobile)
--Develop and build fully integrated shopper research programs
--Apply the technology as stand-alone force, and in integration with other exploratory teams/techniques
--Business Development: Marketing and presentations of Eye Spy services to clients
--Lead and further develop the Quanti Mind Team (currently 3 for analysis, 3 for data processing)
--Project Management: Prepare full proposals and cost estimation, overall resource management for commissioned projects to ensure on-time delivery, manage Fieldwork briefing
--Analysis & Debrief: Prepare reports with clear conclusions to represent insights and findings, and in tandem with other insight application teams, develop tangible and actionable recommendations, also by managing and utilizing cross-team resources, creative input, etc.
--Team Management and on-going training to researchers to ensure development analysis techniques and creative insight application
-Online and Computer-aided Test:
--In integration with regular quantitative projects that focus on A) genuine / subconscious Purchase Intent Measure, B) subconscious association measures with any visual or tactile stimulus
--In integration with other techniques of exploratory nature
-Regional application of The Test Online
-Integration into qualitative research
Position Requirements
-Education: Bachelor Degree or above
-Professional Experience: 8+ years' experience in consumer marketing related position, last position senior executive or manager, and with proven experience in the following fields:
--Consumer insights, preferably shopping behavior, consumer observation, and ethnography, packaging design and in-store performance / Also welcome are candidates with qualitative background and exposure to quantitative data interpretation
--Marketing and/ or Branding and / or Brand Communication
--Experience with interpreting and analyzing quantitative data, as well and understanding qualitative insights, and Application of consumer insights into marketing
--Experience in branding and communication (marketing mix communication, such as packaging, and advertising BTL and ATL communication)
--Marketing mix development
-Soft skills: Analytical and strong focus on details; good communicator; good people management skills, strong marketing sense and strategic thinking skills, not afraid to be creative in applying insights into marketing action
-Personality & Interests: independent and intuitive thinker; team player as a leader; a strong drive to create and attain results, interested in the workings of the human mind & perception formation
-Languages: either native English-speaker and working knowledge of Chinese, or native Chinese speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills
