Position Description
-负责零售店铺的日常营运包括人员管理、货品调配、店铺陈列等
Responsible for store daily operation including store staff management, product management and store display
-负责店铺的帐务处理、系统数据更新
Responsible for store accounts issue, system data update
-协助零售主管及公司负责和商场的沟通
Assist retail supervisor to communicate with store
-负责制订规划零售店铺营业目标达成的行动方案，执行、跟进、达成店铺营业目标
Set up action plan, implement and follow to achieve retail stores’ sales target
-负责执行、跟进规范的零售店铺营运系统
Responsible for the implementation, follow-up of standard retail stores’ operation system
-负责制订零售店铺提升形象、服务质量、人员培养等计划，执行、跟进、反馈和修正
Set up, implement, follow-up and amend the plan to enhance store image, service quality, staff cultivation
Position Requirements
-具有品牌服饰或大型零售企业二年以上独立管理工作经验
Over 2 year’s independent management experience on brand clothing or big retail enterprises
-较高的工作主动性及自律性
Highly initiative with self-discipline
-形象气质符合公司要求
Good image consistent with company brand
-良好的英语口头表达能力及沟通能力
Good expression and communication skill in English
-良好的计划制定能力及执行能力
Good planning ability and execution ability
-有强烈的从事快速消费品零售行业的工作意愿
Strong willingness in work in FMCG and retail industry;
-良好的服务意识及技巧
Good sense of service and sales skills
-具有人员管理经验以及优秀的沟通能力。
