As part of this role you will be responsible for:
-Supporting a hectic travel diary: coordinating flights, visas, accommodation, and other logistics for a global calendar
-Assembling business development and other communications materials (e.g. power point presentations, word documents, printed material and e-mails) in both English and Mandarin. All material must follow marketing guidelines, with high attention to detail
-Liaison with EA's globally to proactively book meetings, facilitate conference calls, and support the smooth diary booking of a busy executive
-Close communication with HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance and other business heads to ensure the smooth running of the MD's operations
-Drive office culture through management of a special events program
You will not only receive instructions from the MD and follow them out with precision and timely professionalism, you will also proactively prompt him - you will make suggestions, remind him of important events, and take responsibility for new initiatives. We're not looking for a note taker - we need someone who is confident enough to guide the boss!
You will be a perfectionist, with the highest possible attention to detail! You will be exceedingly professional, articulate, resourceful, and with a very strong ability for Microsoft Office products. You will have strong relationship building and negotiation skills, and will know how to prioritize and GET THINGS DONE. You will be OUTGOING and ready to proactively drive the MD's calendar and activities.
This is an ideal role for a mature minded, experienced EA (8 years'experience), seeking a position within the corporate recruitment field in a top global brand. The successful incumbent will be someone who stands out in terms of corporate ability, professional standards (timeliness, presentation, communication and outcome drive) and exceptional sales document presentation skills.
