Job Description
-Use technology and online talent communities to reach target candidates
-Cold calling target candidates to assess their interest and rapport
-Screen candidates to understand their background, and motivations
-Present our clients' job positions to their target candidates
-Actively network with candidates and potential candidates - both online and in person.
-Work closely with an experienced retained search consultant to accelerate target candidates through the recruitment process
.
The Successful Applicant
-3 years' experience as a researcher within a recruitment agency - ideally a retained search firm
-Fluent English and native Mandarin with strong Cantonese.
-Intelligent, flexible and inquisitive
-Aptitude for technical knowledge
-Advanced technology skills
-Mature communicator, and can easily converse with senior candidates
-Deadline driven and never gives up!
