Service Delivery Manager - SMC Team Leader - Shanghai

The Role of SMC Team Leader is an imperative posting within the global Futurestep framework - we are looking for the best!

Futurestep's Service Management Centers (SMC's) are shared service teams focused on specialized recruitment process, working closely with our global RPO's, Projects, retained Search teams, and consulting assignments.

Our Shanghai SMC was the first center globally, and has gone from strength to strength since inception. Our dedicated team of researchers, sourcing specialist, analysts, and expert admin are dedicated to supporting Futurestep's clients around the globe.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter, or someone with knowledge of the HR shared service center environment to join our team as a team leader. This role involves:

-Direct staff management, including performance management, staff development, and hiring
-Client facing on talent management assignments, including team based stakeholder management with both internal and external clients
-Support to business development team for key pitches
-Reporting and Analytics with high attention to detail and professionalism
-Cutting edge technology for sourcing, applicant tracking, advertising and social networking
-Subject matter expertise on the outsourcing model and recruitment processes

To be successful in this role we are looking for a professional with the following:

-Current staff management skills within the recruitment / HR environment
-Exposure to the shared services environment
-Strong communication and customer interface skills
-Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and process management
-Strong technical skills in sourcing technology and analytics
-Fluent English and Mandarin
