Position Description
-To lead development and positioning of Gunnebo Entrance Control in the market; to ensure that clients understand the strategic offering, develop synergies and to maximize sector opportunities
-Play the lead role in business development activities; leading key sales and ensuring best foot forward; networking and developing B2B relationships and client alliances, supporting client development; ensuring key client account activities are undertaken
-To drive financial performance of the region, to achieve set budgets and targets in terms of profitable growth in EBIT and market share across the region
-As a member of the regional leadership team, to develop and implement an approved business plan that delivers the cascaded objectives and goals set by senior management
-To lead business improvement to achieve group benchmark targets
-To lead coaching and mentoring of the sales teams; undertake succession planning; identify rising stars and ensure they are developed; undertake key strategic hires to support development
-Champion new and existing product development and innovation ensuring that 'valued added results' are delivered to clients; driving growth of the businesses
-To ensure effective organizational structure and operation of sales organization
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior sales executive with a demonstrated track record of success in large scale business development within a B2B environment.
-Key requirements and attributes include:
-A track record of building business in highly competitive markets, developing profitable new business and delivering against set objectives to achieve key organizational targets.
-Experience and success in sales development and sales operational implementation of new business streams and re-thinking of go to market strategy and tactics for existing solutions, services.
-Track record of working operationally and strategically within a highly specified product environment.
-Successful experience in developing Key Accounts (National, Regional, Global) and to establish a solid KAM approach for a global multi business line company.
-Understanding of the challenges and complexities of international business growth.
-Track record of developing contacts and relationships at senior levels.
-Experience and evidence of working at a strategic level delivering high performance through inspiring leadership.
-Possessing the confidence and ability to be able to communicate with clients at a senior level with the gravitas and presence to generate early respect.
-Good communication skills and an ability to be flexible and work in an autonomous environment.
-Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
-Possessing the passion to make a real difference within the business and the tenacity to oversee the entire sales strategy through to successful completion.
-Ability to build rapport and trust at senior levels, building and maintaining close-working relationships at all levels within the customer environment.
