职位描述：
？ Job Responsibility:
1. Execute test plan, determine test process, develop test method, test application program, test system documentation and build test station for China designed and other assigned NPIs, following requirements and guidelines of NPI test development process.
2. Work closely with engineers’ team to verify test requirements, improve test objectives, and meet NPI goals.
3. Cooperate with US engineers or local engineers to support NPI projects build in manufacturing, evaluate and analyze test station Gage R&R, test process CPK, unexpanded measurement uncertainty, test time and yield.
4. Work with Metrology engineer to insure the product compliance with Global Metrology standard like ISO17025.
5. Interact with design team and manufacture team to maintain current test station, test code and test process; find continued improvement opportunities from test cost and test time.
6. Control any test code changes under software version management tool, distribute test changes to China manufacture, US GSA cells and Service following standard processes and ensure test upgrades/changes work in China manufacture, US and Service.
7. Testing related problem troubleshooting, proactive support to PLE and production line on any technical issue investigation per reasonable request.
8. Initiate or support production process modification and relocation (Kaizen, continuous improvement activities, etc.).
9. Test engineering on call support to multi shift production line.
？ Job Qualification:
1. BSEE degree or above in electronic/computer field.
2. 3+ years’ experience for Bachelor Degree or Master Degree on NI LabView programming.
3. Familiar with on C/C++ language, various electronic test and measurement products, automatic instrument communication and control, and metrology standard.
4. Good skills in instrument verification and validation testing.
5. Knows the business, understands the technology and is able to independently determines approaches and specific solutions to customers
6. Ability to effectively work on multiple projects or complex tasks simultaneously.
7. Good English skill on reading, writing, speaking and presentation.
