要 求:
University graduate in Business Administration, major in HRM is highly preferred
At least 5yrs relevant managerial experiences in full aspect of administration functions in sizable / multi-national manufacturing plant with over 2500 employees
Verse PRC labor law and security legislations, food hygiene, and norm of managing business in China as well as SA8000 and OHSAS18001
Strong Dynamic, independent and proactively manner as well as process and result oriented analytical mind
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Good command of both English and Mandarin
职 责:
To ensure all aspects of administration functions can manage effectively and in line with business objectives
Work closely HRM for promoting update policy, review existing practices and implement new initiatives as required
Monitor the changes of the law and legislations in PRC and recommend necessary action where appropriate
Perform job analysis, rotation, skill matrix and performance management for organization development and change management for having an efficient and business-oriented fashion
To ensure fleet, canteen administration, dormitories and other facilities are in well organized and budgetary
Maintain high level relationship and connection with local authorities
Accomplish other related tasks assigned in the framework of legitimate authorization
