Position:Regional Sales Engineer WPM
Reports To:Regional Sales Manager

Summary:
?Regional Sales Engineer is responsible for intensifying customer care, identifying needs and driving sales for the wire harness industry within the solar and also electrical cabinet market in his/her assigned geographic region. Requires good international communication with detail-oriented execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
?Establish and achieve yearly sales objectives
?Establish new accounts by researching and identifying potential customers in assigned region
?Establish long-term, ongoing relationships with customers
?Analyze assigned regional market and competitive product landscape
?Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect market.
?Develop and manage regional strategic partnerships, as required
?Make presentations to customers
?Work closely with the regional sales manager to jointly develop regional sales and marketing plans
?Define and coordinate regional trade shows
?Frequent travel to visit potential customers
?Submit quotations to customers
?Actively participate in negotiating and closing sales by establishing mutually agreeable terms and conditions
?Administer customer accounts
?Prepare reports to the regional sales manager and headquarter
?Identify current and future market requirements
?Other duties as required

Related Experience and Educational Requirements:
?A mechanical / electrical engineering background and 3-5 years field sales experience
?Strong technical background; experience in high-tech marketing or product management is an advantage
?Proven ability to achieve sales objectives
?Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
?Problem solving, analysis skills
?Excellent communication/ presentation skills, both written and verbal.
?Fluent in English and Chinese, written and verbal, required. Other Asian language skills a plus.
?Profound experience with Microsoft Office software
