职位描述：
2. IPQC-制程质量管理工程师岗位职责
1) 进行制程产品质量巡检抽查，验证可能影响制程质量的原材料、工艺、产品保护、过程自检管控水平满足策划要求。
2) 对制程产品质量问题进行分析、鉴定、与相关方寻求应对措施。
3) 参与客户质量投诉的调查分析；
4) 监视和测量装置的管理与维护的具体工作；
5) 协同工艺部门制定在制品、成品制程质量管控规范。
6) 品管手法与技术应用示范，负责指导质检员的工作。
7) 参与体系质量审核，监督纠正和预防措施的落实。
能力要求：
1) 机械专业，大专以上学历
2) 检验试验策划与实践
3) 机加工和铆焊、设备制造相关行业现场质量管理岗位工作经验。
4) 具备过程导向思维、结构化问题解决、改善产品质量能力
