Responsibilities
? Assist plant Quality manager to maintenance and improve quality system continuously.
? Assist plant Quality manager for handling customer complaints/claims, work with cross function team for the corrective and preventive actions and the follow up
? Leading site pest control work to insure the good implementation
? Assists plant Quality manager in developing appropriate SPC control both process and product
? Participate in new product/or process development and trials, coordinate with related department for the quality troubleshooting, and non-conformance handling process
? Conduct Quality skills training to QC and production employees
? Assist plant Quality manager on the division lab coop and test method update

Requirements
? BS degree in Engineering/Science or above
? 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing, including quality systems implementation
