Accountable for:
General Ledger
? Monthly closing and accounts reconciliation
? Fully responsible of accounting book keeping
? Prepare PRC local tax report
? Prepare PRC local statistic report
? Prepare PRC financial report
? Cost calculation and inventory reconciliation
? Monitoring of stock management
? Monthly & quarterly tax filing ( VAT / BT / EIT )
? Assist on external audit
AP / AR
? Overall double check role of AP/AR process and bookkeeping
? Asset Management
? Fixed asset registration and physical count
? Any disposal / transfer handling ( approval from local tax authority / specific invoice issuing, etc )
? Government Compliance
? Annual inspection
? Annual EIT filing / renew of VAT normal tax payer
? Annual statistic filing
? Company ERP system registration ( annual updating )
Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
? More than 5 years work experience.
? Fluent language skill of both Mandarin and English
? Degree level education with accounting background
? Work independently and flexibly, good adaptability, ability of work under pressure
