  ● 根据公司实际情况，寻求外部合作，组建运营团队，为公司产品运营制定计划；
  ● 负责公司产品的运营工作，包括运营计划的制定、推动和实施。例如活动策划、宣传推广、培训计划制定与实施、线下推广、新媒体运营、数据监控及分析，为产品迭代提供有价值的依据等。

任职要求：
  ● 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网行业运营经验，有工具类产品运营经验更佳；
  ● 熟练掌握产品各阶段运营技巧，具备优秀的数据统计分析能力；
  ● 文字功底及语言表达能力俱佳，写过1万+阅读量的文章是加分项；
  ● 有丰富的新媒体运营、线下推广经验者优先考虑；
  ● 抗压能力强，工作中乐于主导，而非盲从；
