KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
??*Set up and propose a business strategy.
??*Promote sales and participate in the development of the business.
??*Be responsible for the Business Development team to reach its yearly target.
??*Maintain relationships with Japanese corporate accounts and constantly develop new prospects.

Organization
??*Search for new information about potential clients.
??*Support the business development department of the Branches, centralize the prospects and ensure information is correctly dispatched to each Business Development Managers.
??*Participate in the marketing and sales offer to client by working jointly with the sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commercial documents, i.e. presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.

Marketing research
??*Be aware of the market competition situation in order to anticipate the actions of competitors.

Sales Coaching
??*Centralize the prospects; prepare marketing and sales offers to clients by working jointly with sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commercial documents.
       *Organize and implement the sales training sessions for team members of the Business Development.
??*Participate in building a sales and marketing corporate culture by stimulating commitment spirit.

Cost Control
??*Be responsible for the cost control and monitor the feasibility of each prospect.

Contract Maintenance
??*Maintain the relationship with current corporate accounts.

Reporting
??*Report to management on sales figures, general sales activities and give comments on market strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
??*College Degree in business and above.
??*Good command of English both written and oral.
??*Good computer skill.
??*10 years+ proven sales and business development experiences; experience in Energy Savings / Energy renewable
??*Able to maintain relationships with prospects, Key accounts.
??*Good negotiator with solid presentation and communication skills.
??*Self-motivated and hardworking.
??*Proactive with ability to take initiatives; willing to work under pressure.
??*Excellent Business development skills.
??*Good networking skills and customer-orientation.
