职位描述：
Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Report to: Regional Sales Manager-North

Main Responsiblity:

Achieve business success thru
a) Key Account management
i. Ensure efficient Sell-in and Sell-thru(JBP) alignment and execution of key accounts, with clear target and timely review
ii. Identify business opportunities thru analysis and excellent in execution
iii. Work with cross-functions both internally and externally, focus on operation details
b) In-store Excellence
i. Fully leverage cross-functional capabilities to ensure perfect store execution
ii. Implement and evaluate of marketing promotion
iii. Provide product training/selling skill training

Needed Competencies:

- Familiar with Department Store or Outdoor Specialty operations and business practices (rule of the game).
- Hard-working & self motivated, quick learning people
- Good communication skill, integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position

Education:

College degree or above with a concentration in Sales is preferred

Needed Work Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of sales background in multi-national company
- Have working knowledge of Softgoods market, and successful sales track record and target achievement is a plus 举报 分享
