Job Duties:
- Data key in system
- Put invoice into system
- PII allocation
- Release D/O
- Co-ordination with accunting to solve iffy D/N and C/N fm overseas office/agent on time
- File registration,tidy-up & archiving
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the company or other sources
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness
- Any others additional task and duties required by the Superior.

Experience & Qualifications Requirement:
- Education: College graduate or above;
- Experience: At Least 1 year working experience in similar job;
- Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Computer skills: Good computer skills(MS office software);
- Core Competencies: Result Orientation; Teamwork and Co-operation; Communication and negotiation; Capacity to handle change; Focus on quality.
