职位描述：

Main Accountabilities:

1. Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system accurately

2. Monitor fixed asset acquisition and disposition transactions in compliance with corporate policies and guidelines

3. Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations

4. Assist controlling to prepare the capex budget, planning

5. Reconcile the balances of fixed assets register to summary-level accounts in General ledger for Finance Manager to review

6. Prepare general ledger journal entries in the areas of fixed assets when required

7. Prepare various fixed assets related monthly and yearly reporting for Finance Manager to review;

8. Plan and coordinate the monthly book Accounting closures in relation with Controlling and Treasury in order to meet internal and external deadlines (monthly, quarterly, half-year and yearly basis);

9. Perform fixed assets physical counting;

10. Assist auditors in fixed assets related enquiries

11. Issuing VAT invoice to the customer and reconciliate the variance if any;

12. Book collections and AR related entries in accounting system;

13. Maintain billing, collection and invoices database from time to time;

14. Prepare AR aging report on weekly basis;

15. Complete the monthly closing process of AR module on time with problems solved;

16. Other job assign by accounting manager;

Requirements:

1. Accounting, finance or relative major, bachelor degree or above;

2. Team spirit and experience working in a team

3. SAP preferred;

4. Overall knowledge and methodology related to fix accounting;

5. Familiarity with taxation and law basic knowledge related to company financial management;

6. Preciseness, particularity, sureness;

7. Basic oral and writing English;

8. With number sensitive;
