除了德国总部以外，我们在中国还拥有自己的自行车生产线以及QC 办公室。

Quality Assurance

Your tasks include:

- Responsible to continuously keep and improve the quality in our internal production and at our suppliers’ factory

- Audit SOP/SIP at our suppliers’ factory, report and follow up until be solved if any problem

- Check the sample dimensions and assemble sample bikes for existing or potential quality/production problems, report and follow up for improvements

- Check, document and evaluate pilot-run productions (frame/fork/components), verify the fixtures/gauges

- According to shipping plan, regular random checks in mass production base on QC drawings/quality documents/existing standard, create quality reports and detailed following up for improvement activities

Our requirements are:

- College diploma (3 years education) or above, major in mech. engineering preferred

- English skills (fluent in reading and written) to communicate with your team leader in China and/or our Headquarter in Germany, English speaking preferred

- Competent in using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Competent in understanding common 2D drawing (preferably also 3D)

- 2-3 years work experience in the QC/Quality Management and bicycle related field

- Willing to travel inside China or to other Asian countries

- Personally interested in the bicycle sector, its sport, lifestyle and industry

- Strong quality consciousness and always keen to improve processes, products and own capabilities
