Qualification
-Mechanical diploma holder and at least two years of machining parts inspection (gearbox experience was preferred)
-Understand technical drawing/specification related to mechanical process requirements
-Experienced user of inspection/ measuring devices such as micrometer, caliper, dial gauge, CMM, etc.
-Knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements, quality control methods
-Knowledge of English is necessary, basic English speaking required
-Experienced user of Microsoft Word and Excel etc.
-中专以上机械工程学历，至少两年机械零件检验经验(有齿轮箱检验经验者优先)
-懂机械技术图纸/规格要求
-能熟练使用检验检测设备和仪器，如千分尺、游标卡尺、指示表、三坐标等
-具备ISO9000和相关质量控制方法的相关知识
-懂英语，能基本会话
-能熟练使用Microsoft Word和Excel等软件

Responsibility
-Ensure that purchased materials, parts, semi-finished and internal machining parts are conformity with Lenze standards, specifications and technical requirement.
-Identify current product major quality problems and propose corrective & improvement actions.
-Maintain and ensure measuring and test device & equipment in a good status.
-Guide the inspection team to do the right inspection specification within well quality control.
-保证采购的材料、部件、半成品和内部加工零件符合伦茨标准，规范和技术方面的要求。
-产品主要质量缺陷并提议改善建议措施
-维护并确保检验检测设备处于良好状况
-引导检验团队以正确的检验技术进行质量控制

From our logistics center in Shanghai we can deliver Lenze standard products as well as customized products, just as you need it!
More than 60 regional sales and service engineers can support you from one of our 14 sales offices in China with profound industry and application knowledge. Our service plant in Shanghai Lingang further allows us to supply product repair, improvement and technical support.
