OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Talent Manager Who manages Talent programs in Greater China region. Including but not limited to Talent cycle, performance management, competency management, talent review, hi potential programs, leadership programs, learning & development, employee engagement, ensure a capable & motivated workforce.

THE ROLE
This management position play the role of solution provider to HRBP & SSC on talent management; Align with corporate Talent management process / timelines.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Talent Manager’s specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:
Accountability #1: Performance Management. Ensure fairness and performance driven culture.

? High quality of Goal setting in entire region.
? Performance track.
? Performance review. Calibration & Normal distribution, Performance Improvement Plan etc

Accountability #2: Talent Cycle to ensure a capable workforce.
? Employee Profile & Talent Card
? Hi-potential & talent review
? Succession Planning
? Learning & development
? iPower system management.

Accountability #3: Employee Engagement to ensure a motivated workforce.
? Cultivate an inclusive / motivated working environment.
? Improve employee engagement.
? Find ways to promote Gates Brand/employee loyalty.


 
KEYS TO SUCCESS:

This role requires an experienced person able to think globally and act locally. Have people management experience.

? Experience in Talent Cycle Management.
? Experience in facilitating leadership programs
? Good English skill.
? Hands on.
? Stress Tolerance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

This person must have at least 5 years hands on experience supporting aggressive expansion plans and business transformation in this region. To have in-depth understanding of local government labor regulations/ employment law / social security upgrade. Possess the knowledge to localize human resource policies and develop HR handbooks, relevant to our industry

? Eight years of progressive regional human resource experience in a similar capacity
? Business Degree and MBA preferred
